We will help you to show yourself in the best possible way. Not everybody is cut out to be a police officer and we can't promise success. What we can promise is that when you submit your application form, you will have made a good job of it and you will stand a better chance of getting through the paper sift to become a Police Officer or PCSO.

We offer two types of support, Standard and Specialist. Specialist support includes everythingwithin the standard service plus specialist advice and guidance for those who have particular concerns around their literacy skills and those with Specific Learning Difficulties such as Dyslexia.

Standard

WE WILL NOT WRITE YOUR APPLICATION FORM FOR YOU.

This would be unethical. We will however help you to understand what is required but it is up to you to supply the evidence and write the form. We will help you to identify and make the best use of your skills.

The Police Application Form Support covers the following areas:

  • The Application Form and its completion
  • The Competency Section and how to get maximum marks
  • The Seven Skills Areas: What they are and how these are continually assessed throughout the entire process

In2Police will give you unlimited support and will continue doing this until you are satisfied that you have the best application form you are capable of. This will include:

  • Demonstrating your core skills effectively in writing
  • General advice and Top Tips for completing the form
  • Key common mistakes to avoid
  • Literacy standards: spelling, grammar, punctuation etc
  • FAQs

You can e-mail or post your sample answers to us (not on the application form), and we will mark and provide individual feedback in each of the above crucial areas.

It is critical that you understand that successful completion of the application form is the only way through to the next stage of the assessment process. 60% of candidates do not complete the form adequately and so are lost at this stage.

If you are unsuccessful, you will not be able to reapply for a minimum of six months, in some forces it will be 12 months!

Specialist

Specialist incorporates all of the support and guidance given in Standard Support (above) plus specialist advice and guidance for those who have particular concerns around their literacy skills and those with Specific Learning Difficulties such as Dyslexia.

This is a unique, specialist service exclusive to In2Police

Our support includes:

  • Standard support in its entirety
  • Advice on potential assessment concessions and requirements
  • Detailed explanation of the Educational Psychologist’s Report
  • Comprehensive advice and guidance on how to strengthen and improve your skills prior to Assessment
  • Continuous specialist mentor support throughout
